Shockwave SWP-1070 Jockey Seat With Storage is a compact, low weight solution for small to medium size RIBs and open boats. The linear suspension module allows the seat to be mounted at various heights and still retain full suspension travel. This suspension seat is mounted on a storage box with plastic hatch cover that provides dry, shock mitigated storage for personal gear and sensitive electronics.
The SWP-1070 Jockey Seat has adjustable FOX Float shock absorber with ACCURIDE suspension adjustment as standard, which allows the operator to accurately select the right suspension setting for their body weight and sea conditions. The SWP-1070 Jockey Seat has optional one touch, hydraulic powered height control and fore and aft adjustments.
The Typhoon series suspension seat design features simple, lightweight and robust construction. Including welded 304 stainless steel chassis, 6061 T6 aluminum machined components, 5086 H32 aluminum welded components certified to CWB/AWS welding standards. Finish is hard anodize and polyester powder coat. Upholstery is Velocitex with EAF energy absorbing foam. Upholstery is available in arrange of colours and materials.
Shockwave SWP-1070 Jockey Seat adjustment options include height adjustment, deck track and seat slider. Options include folding armrests, armrest mounted controls, pistol grip handgrips, wide backrest, folding footrests, rear handrail and multi-point seat belts. An additional rear mounted jump seat can be attached to the unit. Suspension options include AVA (Advanced Suspension Adjustment), MRAD (MR Active Dampening) and SMART Automatic Air Ride.
